Sopranos Finale

I just got done watching the final episode of Sopranos.Â Its a day late, but whatever.

I am still thinking about the ending and haven’t decided if I liked it or not.Â It definitely did not end how I was expecting it to, but I really doubt anyone expected the final seconds to be what they were.Â Too many open question and too many IFs and BUTs is not sitting right with me as of now, but I will get over it.

After 8 years of following the show, I think we all deserved more answers than we got.

Iceman Gets Melted By Rampage

Last night Chuck Liddell and Quinton Jackson went at it once again, this time in the octagon at UFC 71.Â Two minutes into the first round Rampage Jackson nailed Iceman Liddell with the right hook, knocking Liddell down, and then finished him on the mat.Â I wasn’t particularly surprised that Jackson won, but I was shocked to see how Liddell lost.Â Jackson didn’t have a nick on him, and it seemedÂ that thisÂ fight was not even a challenge to him.

After the fight Dan Henderson, who beat Wanderlei Silva in Pride (huge accomplishment in my opinion), got inside the octagon for an early promotion of Jackson vs. Henderson.Â That should be a fight that no one should miss.Â Two friends, both champions and on the top of their game, going at it in the octagon…I already cannot wait.

DX9 vs. DX10 in ‘Crysis’

With the release of Vista, gamers all over the world get DirectX upgrade as well (there had to be some incentive, right?). This clip shows the difference between DX9 and DX10 while playing an upcoming game Crysis. The lighting effects are pretty sick looking. Wish my Radeon 9800 Pro could handle this stuff. I NEED AN UPGRADE!!! See for yourself.

Anyways, I found out about this site after the last Start Wars movie came out and everyone was laughing at the cheesy ass “Nooooooooo” by Vader. Since then I have been entertained by this site. Now, I decided to post the links of my favorite YTMNDs here.

Cubs Vs Pirates

Last night Katie and I went to our first Cubs game of the season. How can you pass up bleacher seats on such a nice night. Cubbies ended up beating the Pirates by one run that was a solo homer by Soriano in the 1st inning. Go figure, scoreless games from then on, but we still had a blast. In addition to enjoying a nice night at the Wrigley, I ended up running into a couple of friends that I haven’t seen since graduating from college.
