Experience With T-Shirts
In the “Original T-Shirts” post I started a list of sites that sell original t-shirts. There would be no point of making the list if I didn’t buy anything, so I bought 4 shirts from Enclothe and 1 from Uneetee. Both sites have great designs so I was pretty stoked about getting my packages.
The first package was from Enclothe. I love these shirts! They fit perfectly and the print is perfect. Now I was pretty excited to get my other package from Uneetee. The shirt came on time and right out of the package it looked like I was on the money again. Sadly everything went down the drain when I tried the shirt on. The fit was horrible. I couldn’t understand it. It was size XL just like the other shirts, but the fit was very droopy, and the sleeves were too long, all the way to my elbows! Not good at all.

This got me thinking…what went wrong here? Same size, similar material, and after all, its a damn t-shirt. How can you mess that up? After comparing the shirts I found out that the ones I really liked were made by American Apparel. I have never heard of American Apparel and after I got the “what the hell is wrong with you” look from my fiancé I got the idea that I was on my own here.
So, here is the lesson that I learned:
- know the name of the actual shirt maker, NOT the printer, before you buy it
- if it costs you couple extra bucks to get American Apparel, spend it

so true…I only buy from Moe Wampum http://www.moewampum.com for my online t-shirts because they’re so good.
